A US PASSPORT

Passport to Learning –     Name of Institution     provides reimbursement for the cost of a first-time passport for all full-time    Institution   undergraduates who are U.S. citizens.

Once you have received your new passport (click here for information on obtaining a passport), here's how you apply for reimbursement.

Reimbursement is offered only when you meet all of these criteria: 

  • You are a US citizen. 
  • You have never had a US passport as an adult (never applied after age 16). 
  • You are an undergraduate student registered for 12 credit hours or more. 
  • You purchased your passport after   date of program initiation   when this program was initiated.

Remember! You will need receipts for $85 from the post office.

At   Location   of reimbursement : 
  • Bring the receipt to the reception desk at   Location of reimbursement at your institution.
  • Fill out the request for reimbursement (click here to download the form
  • We will make a copy of the receipt for you and will keep your original. 
  • Within one month the $85 application fee will be credited to your student account.
