Discuss the application procedures with the VTRIP Campus Coordinator. Each institution will have different procedures and deadlines. Most will require a deposit with your application. In some cases, you will be referred directly to the professor leading the program. In other cases, such as ODU, the study abroad office will process your application. At this time, you will be told where to send your application (all three forms) and deposit.

At any time, you may contact the faculty leader to ask detailed questions regarding the program. 

Once you have applied and made your deposit, you will be informed of payment deadlines, visa information (if required), pre-departure orientations, etc.
