The following manual was written by Steve Johnson, Director of Study Abroad, at Old Dominion University. Mr. Johnson has generously given VTRIP consortium members permission to review this comprehensive manual with the hope that it leads to the development of stronger study abroad programs throughout the region.

The program development manual is a work in progress. Though geared toward Old Dominion University faculty, the information is universal, providing tremendous insight to the program development process.
