Recommendations and Long-term Goals
  • VTC should recommend the institutional coordination of break schedules (spring break, winter break, summer break) to college/university presidents

  • Research needs to be conducted to identify grants/money available for underprivileged students studying on consortium programs

  • Rethinking institutional fee structures for consortium participation

  • Eight-week intensive summer program following similar model to semester long proposal; consortium run

  • Ask presidents to fund an additional support staff for international programs/study abroad through VTC

  •  Establish mentorship network within consortium

  • Access to other campus programs
